Four basic needs - Hunger, Sleep, Bathroom, and Hygiene - each reduce performance by 100 points when critically low before a shift. Send your Parafolk to work with all needs topped up to avoid strikes.
A strike is issued when performance drops below 10 points. After 3 strikes the Parafolk is fired.
