What kind of game is Solarpunk?
Solarpunk is a peaceful survival-crafting game on floating islands, made by Cyberwave, a two-person German studio. You fly an airship between islands, grow crops, raise animals and power your base with solar panels, wind turbines and batteries. Survival pressure comes from hunger, thirst and weather, not combat.
What platforms is Solarpunk on?
Solarpunk released on June 8, 2026 on PC (Steam, GOG, Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2. macOS and Linux are not supported.
How much does Solarpunk cost?
Solarpunk costs $22.99 / €22.99 / £20.70 on Steam, with regional pricing in other currencies. It was also included in Xbox Game Pass at launch. Prices verified June 2026.
Does Solarpunk have multiplayer or co-op?
Yes. Solarpunk supports online co-op for 2 to 4 players, plus full single-player. Each player keeps a separate inventory and airship, so groups can build one shared settlement or settle different islands.
Does Solarpunk have crossplay?
No. At launch, co-op only works between players on the same platform - PC players cannot join PS5, Xbox or Switch 2 sessions. Cyberwave has not ruled out crossplay in a later update, but no date is announced.
What are the Solarpunk system requirements on PC?
Minimum: Windows 10/11 64-bit, Intel Core i5-8400 or AMD Ryzen 5 2600, 6 GB RAM, GeForce GTX 1660 or Radeon RX 5500 XT, 5 GB storage. Recommended: Intel Core i7 or AMD Ryzen 7, 8 GB RAM, RTX 3060 or RX 7600 XT.
