    Grants a 30% chance to increase movement speed when defeating enemies.

  • Tempo Theft II

    Grants a 40% chance to increase movement speed when defeating enemies.

  • Tempo Theft III

    Grants a 50% chance to increase movement speed when defeating enemies.

Enchantment book

The Tempo Theft book grants level I and has unlimited uses. The Enchantsmith applies its enchantment and upgrades it to II and III as the vendor levels up. Enchanting needs Echo Shards and Enchantment Points. Enchantsmith: Brave Haven, Howling Woods, Frozen Highlands and Rainy Plains.
The Tempo Theft book drops in the loot of Deep Dark dungeons.
