Travel rules

  • Minecart stations

    Fast travel between fixed places in the world. Finding a station unlocks travel to it.

  • Teleport to Brave Haven

    Available at any time from the menu wheel.

  • Teleport statue

    After teleporting to Brave Haven, the Town Portal takes a hero back to where they were; the teleport statue then disappears.

  • Teleport to a friend

    In multiplayer, heroes can teleport directly to a party member.

  • Downed

    A hero downed alone returns to Brave Haven; the Ender pearl statue there takes them back. In a party, downed heroes can be revived (see Multiplayer).

  • Party wipe

    When every hero is downed, all respawn in Brave Haven; the world resets and defeated mobs respawn.

  • Reset to Checkpoint

    An option of the system menu.

  • Failed teleports

    A teleport can fail on cooldown, on an invalid location or on an invalid target.

Map, minimap and guidance

The minimap shows nearby quest objectives, points of interest and friends in multiplayer.

The map shows the current quest objective, new quests and friends. It allows fast travel to discovered places and teleporting to friends. The quest journal records quests and their completion rewards.

The guidance trail leads toward an objective.
