    Artifact usage improves artifact cooldown and damage for 7.5 seconds.

    Artifact usage improves artifact cooldown and damage for 9 seconds.

The Artifact Amplifier book grants level I and has unlimited uses. The Enchantsmith applies its enchantment and upgrades it to II and III as the vendor levels up. Enchanting needs Echo Shards and Enchantment Points. Enchantsmith: Brave Haven, Howling Woods, Frozen Highlands and Rainy Plains.
