Stage featuresWhat the map adds to the fight

  • The swamp

    Swamp Husks and Swamp Things rise out of the swamp onto the path, one every second. Per battle: 54 Swamp Husks and 6 Swamp Things in Campaign and Classic Rush, 48 and 2 in Iron Challenge, 18 and 2 in Hero Party, 3 Swamp Things in Spell Rush, none in Blitz Challenge.

  • Old Treants

    From the first wave, tapping one of the two Old Treants makes it eat every enemy within a radius of 50 of the most crowded point within 170 of it. Flying enemies and bosses are never eaten. After eating it sleeps for 40 seconds; a tap with no enemy in reach is not used up.

  • Corrupted Old Treants

    A corrupted Old Treant can no longer be tapped and throws seeds onto the path that grow into Rotten Treants, in waves 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 14 and 15 of Campaign and Classic Rush.

  • When the Old Treants are corrupted

    In Campaign and Classic Rush the right Old Treant is corrupted after wave 4 and the left one after wave 9. In Iron Challenge, Spell Rush and Hero Party both are corrupted from the start; in Blitz Challenge neither is.

BriefingThe stage's story before the battle

The beautiful Grove seems to be resisting the wicked corruption of the land worsened by Vez'nan's cronies, but more are on their way to finish the job. We must fight to preserve it from his dark influence that threatens to taint it and its noble Treants beyond salvation.
