Field Guide
Production stations in Outbound transform raw resources into processed materials. With 25 stations running multiple recipes each, production chains can span multiple steps from raw ore to finished components. Each station accepts specific inputs and produces outputs over a set duration.

Outbound has 25 production stations, each accepting specific raw resources and outputting processed materials. Some outputs serve as inputs for other stations, creating multi-step production chains. Plan your station layout to minimize travel between steps.
Each recipe in Outbound takes a set amount of real time to complete. You load the required inputs into a station, wait for the timer, then collect the output. Production continues while you explore, so you can queue work before heading out.
Production stations in Outbound run independently once loaded with inputs. While there is no conveyor-belt automation, you can set up multiple stations side by side and batch-process materials. Efficient layouts reduce the time spent running between stations.
