Dynamo is an attack enchantment that goes on armor items.

Dynamo I
Rolling applies 20% damage amplification to your next melee or ranged attack.
Dynamo II
Rolling applies 30% damage amplification to your next melee or ranged attack.
Dynamo III
Rolling applies 40% damage amplification to your next melee or ranged attack.

Enchantment book

The Dynamo book grants level I and has unlimited uses. The Enchantsmith applies its enchantment and upgrades it to II and III as the vendor levels up. Enchanting needs Echo Shards and Enchantment Points. Enchantsmith: Brave Haven, Howling Woods, Frozen Highlands and Rainy Plains.

The Dynamo book drops in the loot of Honeycomb Fields, Howling Woods, The Deep Dark, Frozen Highlands, Rainy Plains, Singer's Meadow, Humbler Huskland, Ravines, Lullaby Hills, The Sift and Deep Dark dungeons.
