Memetics system was reworked
Memetic fragments are no longer required and Memetic level no longer gates skills, with the Tech Rework, every Meta can learn every memetic. The Tech Tree and the new disassembly + invention systems now drive progression. The list below is kept for reference; entries that previously required leveling are now available by default.
