More about the Aberrant Dire Bear
The spawn command tool lets you create console commands for spawning a Aberrant Dire Bear with your desired settings. Multiple variants are available - use the selector to pick the version you want.
Command options include Summon (random level, at crosshair), SpawnDino (precise coords and level), and GMSummon (force-tamed at specified level). GMSummon is the most convenient for getting a tamed Aberrant Dire Bear immediately. Open the admin console with Tab (PC) or through the pause menu on console. Admin privileges are required.

Taming the Aberrant Dire Bear requires rendering it unconscious first - use Tranq Arrows, Darts, or Shocking Tranq Darts to apply torpor. For best results, use Giant Bee Honey - it gives the highest taming efficiency.
As a tame, the Aberrant Dire Bear pulls double duty as both a capable resource harvester and pack animal. Breeding is via live birth rather than eggs, simplifying the process. A wild Aberrant Dire Bear is worth 4 base experience when killed. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.66 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
