Ranger Passive skill with 3 levels, 1 skill point per level.
Skillshot damage is increased by 20% / 40% / 60% (by level).
Skillshot Striking enemy weak points, such as their heads, with Arrows is considered a Skillshot.
Skillshots deal 100% increased base damage against enemies without helmets and 50% against helmeted enemies. It can be further increased by the Skillshot damage attribute.
