While the Elixir buff is active, dealing damage activates the Satisfied Battle Mania buff, granting 25 Health, 15 Mana and 10 Stamina regeneration for 3 s.
Each additional hit refreshes the duration of that buff; however, once it runs out, the Unsatisfied Battle Mania debuff will suspend any Health, Stamina, and Mana regeneration for 10 s. The values 25, 15 and 10 are base values that scale with the weapon's level.
