Stages

Each stage opens when the one before it is cleared. Each regular encounter picks one of the stage's enemy groups, with the share shown on each enemy. The first encounter starts 3 seconds after the stage is entered, and each next one 3.5 to 4.5 seconds (at random) after the last enemy of the one before dies. A boss stage needs a skull of the difficulty played to enter, used up when the stage is cleared (see Entry cost).
